This is very important in the eyes of the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) and this will determine whether we put your future funds into a 506c, a Mini IPO, Reg A+, or a Joint Venture.

Last but not least, when we find a great investment opportunity - as we are constantly monitoring the market place with our world class brokers, agents, and resources - we secure that investment with an offer based on preplanned pledges by you and other investors, along with our own funds.

 

Once the offer is accepted we begin a thorough post-offer due diligence which will accompany our pre-offer due diligence, and start structuring the deal to provide preferred returns to our cash investors. This includes the setup of a new LLC with the operating agreement upon which each investor (first come first serve) will be added based on total percentage of contribution.
